Cat and Kate gave us an engaging talk using a presentation prepared by David Ramsden MBE: Climate & Ecological Crisis? What’s all the fuss about?

The presentation was an eye-opener for most members and certainly brought the climate issues into focus.

Significantly, this was our first face-to-face meeting since the start of the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic, in our new home (The Ghyll, Southwater) . The meeting was a hybrid with half the attendees meeting face-to-face and the other half linked to the venue via Zoom.

We owe a debt of gratitude and thanks to Cat and Kate for being the guinea pigs as the first presenters at our new home.

This presentation is to be thoroughly recommended and was enjoyed by all the members.
