Following a lovely evening of picnics and jazz at Nymans, the Probus Club of Horsham Arun held its annual BBQ at the White Horse, Maplehurst on 2nd September.

Forty members, partners and guests were treated to our host, Simon's superb selection of food, including some high calorific value puddings, lovely barbequed meat and a fine selection of salads.

The BBQ marked an opportunity for the club members to enjoy a renewal of face-to-face contacts that have been sorely missed in recent times.

It also marked the beginning of the club's Autumn programme of meetings, guest speakers and events. Upcoming events include a day at the Amberley Museum and the club's Christmas lunch at the West Sussex Golf Club.
