December Walk
The walk commenced at the Blue Ship public house at The Haven.
Some of members had done this walk before, but in the summer .
At six miles or so it was perhaps a bit more demanding than recent outings . There were some muddy stretches and some ups and downs as per usual.
The walk headed off towards Gibbons Mill and then on to Drungewick situated the Wey and Arun canal, later passing a lock which is yet to be reclaimed. It then crossed some gallops before returning to the Blue Ship.
There was a small period of rain during the walk.
